Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the ClaimAssist AI platform ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ClaimAssist AI provides an AI-powered insurance claims management platform that includes, but is not limited to:

• Automated claim intake, triage, and processing
• AI-driven fraud detection and risk scoring
• Document validation and extraction (OCR & NLP)
• Real-time analytics and reporting dashboards
• API integrations with third-party policy management systems
• Workflow automation and adjudicator tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access the full platform you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to use ClaimAssist AI to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading claims or information
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or source code
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent
• Use the platform for any purpose that could harm users, insurers, or ClaimAssist AI

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to assist in claims processing. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are for decision-support purposes and are not final determinations
• Human review is required before any final claims decision is made
• AI models may produce errors, biases, or inaccuracies — ClaimAssist AI is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI outputs
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI outputs complies with applicable insurance regulations in your jurisdiction

ClaimAssist AI continually works to improve model accuracy, fairness, and reliability, but cannot guarantee error-free performance at all times.

All intellectual property rights in the ClaimAssist AI platform — including software, AI models, designs, logos, and documentation — belong exclusively to ClaimAssist AI or its licensors.

You retain ownership of data and documents you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant ClaimAssist AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to deliver the Service.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform
• Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you
• Our trademarks and brand assets may not be used without prior written consent

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees in accordance with your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information and keep it current
• Automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing cycle
• A 30-day refund policy for annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked immediately
• You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination
• Data will be deleted from our systems within 90 days unless legally required to retain it
• Outstanding payments remain due regardless of termination

We may terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaimAssist AI disclaims:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform
• Liability for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.
